Delivery Policy Depending on the order, your bouquet/gift will be delivered in one of two ways:
- Expertly arranged & hand-delivered by a local florist in your recipient’s zipcode. Same-Day Delivery is available in most areas when placed by 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00 am Saturday (Saturday upon request in advance). For Bucket of Love bouquets and gifts orders must be placed by 10:00 am.
- Shipped fresh and delivered Next or Same-Day via Hitra pošta Slovenije, DPD, GLS, Prevoz.org or City Express in a box, ready to be arranged.
Substitution Policy We do everything we can to make sure your recipient’s gift arrives exactly as requested, but sometimes substitutions may be necessary due to availability. Please know that in each instance, the utmost care & attention is given to ensure that your gift is as similar as possible to the requested item and is received in a timely manner.
